| Demanding | 
A trait picked up from being a medicine cat apprentice, Spiderblaze learned that the best way to get someone older than her to take her seriously was to be a bit forceful. Sadly, this also extended past her rank, and affected her otherwise. She now is a bit more obvious about things she wants, and doesn't tend to keep it to herself. 

| Attention Whore |
Aside from the fact that she demands to be listened to, Spiderblaze is a downright attention whore. This is a trait she learned from Koipaw, where she was taught that the best way to get what she wanted is to make sure she is known. If she is in a group, she makes herself known, and will force her way into the conversation. She is very tasteful about it, unlike her "mentor" and does it in a way that is very sly.

Another trait learned from her "mentor", Spiderblaze has developed a very sneaky way about her. She is very quiet, and knows how to walk without being heard. She is bright, and knows how to hide the fact she has been somewhere. She knows just what to say, and she does it well. If she knows someone is hiding something, she has a very indirect method to get the information out of her subject.

This trait isn't as obvious, because she isn't really close to anyone right now. But when she develops feelings for someone, she will find it hard to separate herself from them. She develops an emotional attachment to them, and doesn't like being distant, for fear they will leave. She will never admit this, but it stems from her sister's abandonment of the clan life, without so much as a hint or warning.

Spiderblaze is a very friendly individual, when she isn't trying to get something. Gracious and courteous, she socializes well. She knows when its okay to be inappropriate, and when its best to be civil. When confronted with something, she is always going to be sincere. While she may lie to get what she wants, she won't lie when it comes to matters that are important.

| Caring |
One of the main reasons she is suited for her rank, Spiderblaze cares. She cares about her clanmates, and about those who she doesn't know. If she finds someone who needs help, she will not hesitate to provide whatever help she can. Its not a very interesting trait, but what more is there to say. She cares, and she will help. She doesn't like to upset anyone that she likes, but if it is someone she doesn't care for, she will not worry about that so much.

Spiderblaze was taught by Koipaw to use others to get her way. She doesn't overdo it, knowing full well how Koipaw had been viewed by others, and not wanting to earn that sort of reputation. She picks her moments carefully, and while she is very good at it, she doesnt do it too often. She isn't afraid to do what it takes to get what she wants, as long as it won't harm her.

Spiderblaze knows who is higher, smarter, bigger than her, and she knows better than to mess with them. She respects those who are her elders, and she refrains from acting stupid or childish around them. She wants to be liked, and while she is loose now, she still wants to be respected when she grows up, and wants to be a refined medicine cat 

 

History

Previously on...
Larchtooth and Spottedberry were not strangers to each other. They were, in fact, lovers off and on since late in their apprenticeship. Having discovered the act of love making, they then discovered they liked doing it. They were lucky, for Spottedberry never became heavy with kits. When she was around 3 years old, or 36 moons, she was seduced by another male, Hawkheart. He was strong, popular, and it was easy for him to win the heart of the female over. They became mates, and the mating between Larchtooth and Spottedberry ceased. She had to admit, she missed it. Hawkheart was not the same, he was less caring, and rougher. But he loved her, and she loved him. It was a tragic accident, or so it was presumed, when Hawkheart turned up dead, killed by a rogue on the outskirts of the territory. Spottedberry was devestated, and Larchtooth was there to comfort her. And comfort her he did, so much so that three moons later, Spottedberry was informed that she was carrying three little beings inside her belly.

She wasn't really surprised, but she couldn't help wishing the father was Hawkheart. She mentioned this to Larchtooth, and he got angry, ignoring her for the next moon. He didn't speak to her until the night that three kittens came into the world, mewling for milk. Two kits were she-cats, with the third, the largest, a tom. He was given the name Breezekit, and the two she-cats were named Tawnykit and Spiderkit. Larchtooth couldn't help it, and began spending time with his family again. He bonded well with Breezekit, but he seemed clueless when it came to the two females. Breezekit was outgoing, and loved to roughhouse with his father. Tawnykit seemed a bit careless, often hurting herself over something stupid. Spiderkit was very friendly, and quickly made friends with other kits and younger apprentices in the clan. One of her closest friends was an apprentice named Koipaw, who happened to be the medicine cat apprentice. 

Koipaw wasn't the best role model, but she was willing to teach Spiderkit somethings that she was interested in. She started with battle moves, but after realizing Koipaw wasn't very good at that, she began to question her about her work. Herbs became an obsession for Spiderkit, and often times, Spottedberry would find her smallest holed up in the medicine cat den, sitting beside Koipaw and Nightraven. Of course, Spiderkit learned much more than herbs from the loose apprentice, and to Larchtooth's dismay, one of his little girls was taught loose morals. She became very demanding, and learned how to manipulate males to get what she wanted. She had to be the center of attention. Tawnykit was very clueless, and very dimwitted. It was no surprise that later, after the three were apprenticed, Tawnypaw left the clan to become a kittypet.

Where did she go?
Before that occurred, however, there was a bit of drama in the clan. Around one week before Spiderkit was supposed to become an apprentice, her friend, Koipaw, went missing. She was stressed out, and spent the next couple days in the medicine cat den, talkign with Nightraven. She missed her, and questioned the male often. She respected him, and therefore, went to him with her worries. She knew how Koipaw acted, and this led her to believe something had happened. Her worries were then deemed correct, when the next day, Koipaw's body was found. She had fallen into the water, having mistaken how deep it was. Her thick fur kept her from surfacing, and the little she-cat drowned. Spiderkit was upset, and refused to become an apprentice alongside her siblings.

She constantly questioned why her friend had been taken from her, wondering where she went. It was only a few days later when she had a dream, and remembered what Koipaw had taught her. Waking up, she knew she was ready to become an apprentice, and she knew exactly what she wanted to do. She begged and pleaded with Fawnstar and Nightraven, until finally, her wish was granted. At six moons and one week, Spiderpaw became the new medicine cat apprentice of Windclan, determined to make Koipaw proud of her.

Spiderpaw had started learning the herbs when word came of Tawnypaw's abandonment of the clan. She hadn't been close to her sister, but she knew she would miss her. Right after Tawnypaw's abandonment, Larchtooth retired to the elder's den. He wasn't old, but he had gotten wounded in a border fight, and was unable to perform his duties properly. He had no choice. Spiderpaw had been raised to be a proper young lady, but had been befriended by an improper young lady. She was mixed, and while she didn't fully know who she was, she knew she was where she wanted to be. No regret.  Trouble brewed, however, and it was soon enough that Spiderpaw learned life isn't always fair.

Spiderpaw hadn't been in training for two moons when she lost someone else close to her heart. Nightraven himself, her very own mentor, had his life taken. Spiderpaw had no choice but to become the sole medicine cat for Windclan, and it was with a heavy heart that she went with the other three medicine cats to recieve her full name. Spiderblaze now stood as the youngest medicine cat in the clans, possibly in the entire history, at 8 moons old. She felt like she was going to fail. She didn't know a lot of stuff, but she did visit with the other medicine cats in order to further her studies. She wasn't ready to give up yet.
