UPDATE We were able to take him and get a bill later. He's staying there the next couple of days while they run tests and try to figure out what is wrong. We don't know what the bill will be exactly, but it looks like its roughly what we thought it to be, 300-400$ I have a few days or so to rais the money. Thanks to those who have commissioned me, and those who have spread the word. Im almost at 100$ right now, only 3/4ths to go. I did add a bit more options, to try to give more choices.
I know this title pops up a few times, and its always for rent, but not this time. This time, there is real trouble.
How many of you know what it feels like to see a beloved pet in trouble, in pain? my roomate, Donnie, is feeling this now. His cat, only 6 years old, is in trouble. Big trouble. He has been skinny for a year or so now, but nothing drastic. In the past week, its gotten worse. A lot worse.
His bones, every single one, is visible. No food changes, nothing different. He is skinny, wheezes, has no energy, and doesn't eat. No dry food, canned food, not even tuna. But Donnie cannot afford to take him to the vet. So I am trying to help out.
Since I moved into this house in March, milton has been there. I know its silly, he isn't even my cat. But before I had my kittens, if I was upset, milton came into the room. He wasn't big on loving or cuddling, but his precense helped. I want to help him now, as much as I can.
A vet visit is around 300$, and then whatever meds will be a hundred or so more. (This price is what Donnie told me when he asked, I believe it includes all sorts of tests and even some meds, because as far as I know, it shoudl only be at max, 100 for a visit) I am making this my goal. I need to help. Donnie puts up with me, I have to try to help him and milton when they need it most.
Help me., Spread the word, submit this journal anywhere that allows it. I need to earn the money for him, I have to do my best.
